When contacting an individual user, automatic A-B testing, user segmentation and churn prediction are all used to find the most effective and least annoying time to message

User behaviour is then tracked for a few days after sending a push notification to measure re-engagement

1. SETUP

When signing up, you connect DataEagle to your OneSignal account. Then you can give us the message and calendar dates for your first campaign.

2. TESTING

DataEagle will perform dozens of simultaneous A/B tests on a small set of your users to find the most effective message timing for each automatically defined segment of users.

3. ANALYSIS

DataEagle uses algorithms to study the results of its A/B tests and find the best time to contact each user. We also tell you the impact of your message on retention and revenue.

4. APPLICATION

Finally, we apply our findings. Most of your users were not part of our A/B tests, so these remaining users now receive your message at the best time for them.
